Very Unusual Great Dane Steering Wheel Knob

Mom says it's a Great Dane. I think it is a pony that walks you on a leash. This knob is very unusual and is the only one like this that I have seen like this in that last 5 years. Chrome is in very good shape with just a couple of small spots and there is very slight wear to the plastic including one small spot which is shown in the picthres.
