Fish and Seaweed Steering Wheel Knob

This is one is a neat little fish with seaweed. There is some loose dirt or something under the the plastic that the fish is in. It can be seen in the photo below the fishes tail. I can not tell how this got in there as there is no signs of repair and the glue looks original. It may have come that way from the factory. The chrome is in great shape with just slight wear.
