We accept checks, money orders, credit cards over
the phone and PayPal. Items are held till checks clear.
When you find items that you are interested in
please phone or email me the item numbers with your address and payment method
and I will get back to you with a total and further instructions.
Please do not send payment till I have had a chance
to pull the item out of inventory. Because we have items on this site that
are also for sale in our store we sometimes will sell an item to a walk-in
customer and not get it taken off the site in a timely manner. We try to
keep the inventory on this site up to date but there will be times that that
is just not possible. We have had several instances of sales in the store
on the same day that an order came in through the web.
We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. Most of the items
will go out priorty mail unless there is a good reason to ship another
way.
All information taken in a sale is considered
confidential. We do not sell or give your information to anyone.
If you receive an item and it is not as described
it can be returned. There may be 15% restocking fee. We try hard to make
every interaction as pleasent as possible so let us work with you if there
is a problem.
We will be glad to insure any package we send.
On the more expensive items we will automaticaly quote the insurance amount
with the shipping.
